Global availability lets you mark your family's schedule across all upcoming weekends, independent of any specific plan.

How to Set It

1. Go to My Account
2. Tap the Availability tab
3. You'll see a list of upcoming weekends for the next year
4. For each weekend, mark your family as Available, Maybe, or Unavailable

How It's Used

When someone creates a plan that includes your family, they can see your global availability alongside plan-specific availability. This helps the group find weekends that work without everyone having to set availability from scratch for each plan.

Global vs Plan Availability

Global availability is your general schedule — set it once and it applies everywhere. Plan availability is specific to a particular plan and may differ from your global schedule (e.g., you might be generally unavailable on a weekend but make an exception for a special reunion).
