Managing Your Family
Your family group is how Door's Open knows who travels together. You can manage your family members from the My Account page.
Viewing Your Family
Your account page shows all members of your family — both adults and children. You'll see each person's name and whether they're an adult or child.
Adding a Family Member
- Go to My Account
- Tap Add Family Member
- Enter their name
- If they're an adult, you can also add their email and phone
- Check the "Child" box if they're a child (no login needed)
- Save
Editing a Family Member
Tap Edit next to any family member to update their information.
Adults vs Children
Adults have their own login and can use all features of Door's Open. Children don't have accounts — they're included in bookings and headcounts as part of the family. Children can be promoted to adults later if needed.
