Notifications & Calendar (Admin)

The Notifications / Calendar tab in Manage Place gives admins two tools: a daily digest email and a place-level calendar sync.

Daily Digest Email

When enabled, all registered admin users will receive a daily email at 8:00 AM Central Time summarizing the last 24 hours of activity at your place. The digest includes:

  • Booking changes — any stays that were created or updated
  • Availability changes — families setting availability on plans
  • Unread chat mentions — any chat messages where you were mentioned that you haven't read yet

Chat mentions are only included once — if a mention appeared in a previous digest, it won't show up again. If there's no activity to report, no email is sent that day.

To enable or disable the digest, go to Manage Place → Notifications / Calendar and check or uncheck "Enable daily digest emails."

Place Calendar Sync

The place calendar URL lets you subscribe to all bookings at your place in your favorite calendar app (Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, etc.). Unlike the personal calendar sync (which only shows your stays), this shows every booking for every user — useful for admins who want the full picture.

To set it up, go to Manage Place → Notifications / Calendar, copy the calendar URL, and follow the instructions for your calendar app.

If you need to revoke access (for example, if you shared the URL and want to invalidate it), click Regenerate Calendar URL. This creates a new URL — anyone using the old one will need to re-subscribe.
