Booking from a Plan
Once your group has found a weekend that works, each family can book their stay directly from the plan.
How It Works
- Open the plan and review the availability chart
- Find a weekend where your group's availability aligns
- Tap Book on the weekend you want
- Your family will be booked for that weekend (Friday–Sunday)
Each Family Books Separately
Each family in the plan books their own stay. This means one family can book the weekend while waiting for others to confirm. You can see which families have already booked right on the plan page.
When Everyone Has Booked
Once all families in the plan have booked the same weekend, the plan is automatically marked as "Booked." The bookings also appear on the main calendar and weekend detail pages like any other stay.
Plan Chat
Each plan has its own chat where you can discuss details with your group. Use it to coordinate logistics, discuss preferences, or finalize plans. See Weekend & Plan Chat for more.
