Plans help you coordinate a trip with specific families. Instead of everyone booking independently, a plan lets you find a weekend that works for your whole group.

How to Create a Plan

1. Open the menu and tap Plan a Stay
2. Tap New Plan
3. Give it a name (e.g., "Summer Reunion")
4. Optionally add a description and choose a trip type
5. Set a date window — the range of weekends to consider
6. Select which families to invite
7. Save the plan

What Happens Next

Once the plan is created, all invited families are notified. They can then set their availability for each weekend in the date window. See Setting Availability for details.

Editing a Plan

The person who created the plan (or any admin) can edit it to change the date window, update the description, or add/remove families. You can also cancel a plan if it's no longer needed.
