Availability helps your group find a weekend that works for everyone. There are two types of availability in Door's Open.

Plan Availability

When you're invited to a plan, you'll see a list of weekends in the date window. For each weekend, mark your family as:

• Available — Your family can make this weekend
• Maybe — You might be able to make it
• Unavailable — This weekend doesn't work

All families on the plan can see each other's availability, making it easy to spot weekends where everyone (or most people) can come. If any weekends work for all families, a toggle appears to filter the list down to just those options.

Global Availability

You can also set your availability on the calendar itself, outside of any specific plan. This is useful for letting others know your general schedule when they're creating future plans. Set this from your My Account page under the Availability tab.
